Game 3 - Lee's Blood angels!

So i've done a couple of recordings by this point, and i'm starting to get a good feel for the camera, and how to handle the reports. I decided that I would maybe improve the presentation of the videos a bit, by adding some music, and splicing in some turn dividers as well. This was to be consistent throughout the video series, and I'm glad I did - certainly when I go back and watch these, I find following the action is a lot clearer.

My next opponent, is my good friend Lee! At this stage (seems a while ago now!), Lee had recently switched over to playing blood angels, having previously spent most of his time as a Space Wolf (note the beard, it's not a coincidence!). Lee also has an Eldar army (which has been hiding for a while), and more recently a Chaos Space Marine army based on (I want to say the night lords trilogy? I think it's that) black library fluff.

One thing that Lee and I like to do on occasion, is (if we have time) swap armies. We will often take control of each other's forces after our original game to see if we can change the result. It's a great exercise doing this, as its not only useful tactical insight, but it's a cracking good laugh!

At this point I was still relatively new to my Imperial Guard army, so coming up against Lee was going to be one of my toughest challenges so far. This one sure had some memorable moments, and I hope you enjoy them as much as we did!
